Fee-Based Services
One on One Training or Technical Support - A screen-sharing session in which we assist you with any specific training or set up needs. Billed in 30 minute intervals; $75.00. Email us for One on One Training.
Modification or Recovery of Customizable Layouts - This is only available to Multi-Users. A screen-sharing session in
which we assist you with any specific modifications to customizable layouts. Billed
in 30 minute intervals; $75.00. Email us for customizable layout assistance.
Data Migration / System Setup - We will set up your system for you, so all you need to do is start taking reservations! The areas we set up include your guest information, room information, and rates. $150.00 flat fee. Email us with details of your migration or setup needs.
Data Recovery - We are here to help in the unfortunate event you experience a system crash. There is a minimum fee of $25.00 for our time, with a charge of $200.00 if we are able to recover your data. Email us with details of your recovery needs.
