Room Grid/Availability Our 'Room Grid'
has under gone some new changes to include starting a reservation by
selecting an available date, and now you can view a full month grid
with buttons to jump from month to month, and year to year. (see sample screens in the 'Help Center')

Online Reservations
We have programmed our
system with Availability Online™ to offer our clients another option
for taking online reservations as well as uploading your availability
with the click of a button. Our system has, and currently works the
same way with Webervations.™ So we now offer two integrated options
for taking reservations from your web site.
Accounting Our Reservations system has always
integrated with MYOB accounting software with no added Modules or
Plug-ins. Our new version now works with QuickBooks™ accounting
software, (Plug-in purchase required).
Point of Sale We did our homework, and partnered with a distributor to offer a POS Hardware Bundle for less than our competition. These are quality components and have been tested to work with our system. We now offer the ability to create and print Bar Codes within our software, when you purchase the POS Module.

Reservations 6.0 Continues to Get Better!
The list below includes areas of the Reservations 6.0 software that have been affected by updates. To see which version of Reservations you have, check out the splash screen that appears when you first open the software. Just under the word "Reservations," you will see which version you're currently running.
Keep in mind that not all updates will affect your business, so we recommend downloading only those updates that apply to areas that you use!
Updates are free to Reservations V6 users, so please let us know if you need an update by filling out the update form.
Latest Update: Version 6.09 is recommended for all Reservations 6.0 users. It fixes a bug on the February 2010 availability calendar. (This update includes all of the changes from the previous updates as well).
